Drawing Mandala "New Habit"

Is there something you want to achieve? What would be the perfect habit to bring you closer to it?  Maybe being more organized, starting to take steps toward your goals, or investing energy in your body’s health and stamina. Even the smallest daily action can transform the bigger picture of your life.

Science tells us it takes 21 days to anchor a new habit into the system. So, I invite you to take October as a gentle challenge:
✨ Choose one simple action to repeat daily.
✨ Stay consistent.
✨ Let it become natural – as natural as brushing your teeth

To find clarity, use meditative drawing. Let the mandala guide you. While you draw, feel yourself already in the state of having this new habit alive in your life. Notice the emotions that arise during the drawing — they are messages from your inner self.

✨ HOW TO:

▫️Download and print the mandala template (link below).

▫️Think of your goal – feel as if you are already there.

▫️Draw the mandala, keeping your intention alive. Which habit belongs to this new you? How does it feel?

▫️Look at the point template: what shapes do you notice?

▫️Begin with a gentle pencil sketch, then anchor your drawing with a fine marker.

▫️Add colors and let the process turn into meditation.

▫️When your mandala is complete, ask yourself: What new habit do I want to develop? Plan your steps – and act.
