Drawing Mandala "New Habit"

October 2025

The theme of October’s mandala is NEW HABIT.

A habit is something small you repeat, and with time it becomes part of who you are. What new habit would bring you closer to your dream?

Join me in October to draw and contemplate the mandala NEW HABIT ✨

What You'll Need:

  • Download the file with the dotted mandala template.
  • Print it out (if possible, print directly on thick drawing paper by placing it in the photo paper tray).
  • Prepare a pencil, an eraser, a fine-tip marker, and colored pencils.
  • Set aside a quiet time and space for drawing.
  • Play meditative music of your choice. Enjoy the process!

Drawing Your Mandala:

  • Relax and focus on the theme written in the mandala. How would you feel if you were already in the desired situation?
  • Observe the dotted template. What patterns and elements do you see? Start drawing from them.
  • Sketch your mandala with a pencil first. Once you’re happy with the result, outline it with a marker and add colors.
  • Take your time. If you can’t finish in one sitting, work in stages—outline, marker, then coloring.
  • At the end, appreciate yourself for the work you’ve done. On the back of the paper, write down any insights you had during the process and reflect: What can I do right now to start embodying this desired state?
